With the no-poaching of talent case finally shedding some light on the past hiring practices of Apple, Google and other premier Silicon Valley companies, Holman Jenkins makes some great points in The Journal today.

It’s a complex issue to be sure.  My favorite line of his is “Valley employees continue to hold a strong hand in dealing with even the world’s most powerful tech firms.”  Yup, and that’s a good thing.
