Turning the corner into a new year sparks one resolution that many employees have in common – find a new job. As reported by Glassdoor, nearly 1 in 5 will be looking for new jobs within the first 3 months of 2013.
The playing field for non-cash perks is nearly level – casual work environment, opportunity to work remotely at times and flexible work hours are common. As we reported last month in our WOW Candidate Experience, employers need to stand out and create X factor moments – not just to attract those you are interviewing and hope to land, but to hang on to the top talent you hope to retain.
As employees pick their heads up and consider making a change, it’s a reminder to employers to double down on creative ways to keep their top talent engaged and rewarded!
