As in his previous roles, where he consistently delivered innovative consumer products on time and under budget, Allan Erbes keeps the Pachera Group running smoothly so we can deliver our own innovative services: smarter, faster executive search that takes less of your valuable time. And, also as in his previous roles, his hard-won financial and people management experience serve him well.
Initially trained as an engineer, Allan brought a number of consumer products to market during his 15-year tenure at Apple. In the process, he traveled to Japan over 70 times, gradually learning the language as well as the culture. Eventually, Microsoft recruited him into a Marketing role within their TV and Entertainment group.
As Managing Partner of the Pachera Group, Allan oversees day-to-day operations, including finance and accounting. He holds a BSME from UC Davis. A California native, he grew up in the SF Bay Area and works from our Los Gatos office, in addition to actively investing in both real estate and financial assets. In his spare time, Allan is an avid mountain peak climber whose adventures include Aconcagua and Kilimanjaro, and a long-distance cyclist who typically completes several “double centuries” per year. He completed the Park City Mid-Mountain Marathon in 2016.
