For Companies and Candidates: 5 Traits to Look for and Cultivate

One of the most rewarding things about providing talent acquisition resources is getting both a macro and micro view of a client’s vision on how to build a killer team.

I’m currently working on multiple searches for a red hot start-up in San Francisco, and I love the baseline qualities they need to see before a candidate can win a position with them.

These are:

Integrity

Intensity

Positive Mental Attitude

True North

And last – but actually Number One on their list –

Humility

The co-founders are doing an amazing job of executing with these characteristics in mind, and they’re off to a stellar start because of it.  Just spending time in their offices is exciting, invigorating and inspirational.

It’s a great way to grow.
